Do foreigners receive healthcare subsidies in Singapore?

Foreigners on passes do not receive government healthcare subsidies; public hospitals charge them unsubsidised rates, which are considerably higher overall than for Citizens and PRs. For some work pass categories, employers are required by law to buy medical insurance for their employees, as stipulated by the Ministry of Manpower.
