Privacy Statement (PDPA)｜星洲枇杷 Wealth Management

This statement applies to the website wmcnsgzq.com (the “Website”). Zhong Qi (星洲枇杷) is responsible for it and handles the personal data you submit in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

Contact form: your name; contact details (WeChat ID, WhatsApp or email, at least one); country or region; current residency status; the topics you would like to discuss; a short description of your needs (optional); preferred language; how you found the Website; your consent to this statement; and the time and page of submission.

The contact form does not collect identity document numbers, asset amounts, income or health information. Please do not include such information in the description field.

Financial planner: calculations run locally in your browser and are not uploaded automatically. Your planner inputs and results are submitted, together with your contact details, only when you click “Send results to your consultant” and give consent.

Analytics: the Website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify individuals. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated spam.

2. Purposes

To contact you, respond to your enquiry and arrange an initial conversation;
To understand how you found the Website, in order to improve its content;
To prevent spam and abuse.

Your data will not be sold or rented to any third party, nor used for promotions unrelated to your enquiry.

3. Storage and access

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database (Asia-Pacific region).
Only Zhong Qi can view them, through an admin area protected by Cloudflare Access.
When a new submission arrives, the system sends a notification email with a summary to Zhong Qi through Cloudflare’s email service.
The Website is hosted by Cloudflare, and related data may be processed on servers outside Singapore; Cloudflare provides protection under its data protection terms.

If you later become a client, your data in the formal needs analysis and application process will be handled separately under Singapore regulatory requirements and the firm’s policies.

4. Retention

Data is kept for 24 months from the last contact and then deleted. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.

At any time you may:

access the data we hold about you;
correct inaccurate data;
ask us to delete your data;
withdraw your consent for us to use your data to contact you.

Please email [email protected] or message WeChat jonekee with your request, and include the name and contact details you used when submitting, so that we can verify it. We generally reply within 30 days.
